The Global Studies major requires you to take two upper-division Disciplinary courses and three upper-division Region courses in your chosen area of focus. You can apply up to three upper-division Study Abroad courses toward the major.
The courses listed below have been approved by faculty to satisfy the Disciplinary and Region requirements for the Global Development concentration. Before enrolling, make sure your selected Study Abroad course is upper-division and worth at least three semester units. Once enrolled, make sure to take it for a letter grade. You'll also need to email a copy of the syllabus (once it's available) to the Global Studies advisor.
