To provide you with the greatest flexibility to meet with a GS advisor, we offer in-person, Zoom, Google Meet, and phone meeting appointments.

In-Person Meetings
While we offer various meeting formats, we encourage students to connect with our advisors in person. Please see individual availability below:

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We reserve specific time slots for every student. Because no-shows and last-minute cancellations prevent us from assisting others, please only schedule an appointment you are certain you can attend.
If you can no longer make your appointment, please cancel online in advance or notify your advisor via email.
